1. Introduction
Thank you for choosing L.A Cali Luxury for your private transportation needs. These terms and conditions govern the use of our car and chauffeur services. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1. 24 Hours Cancellation Policy: Clients must cancel their booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time to be eligible for a full refund.​

2.2. No Refund Policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Booking Modifications
3.1. Clients may request to modify their booking. Such requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges, depending on the change's nature.
4. Emergency Situations
4.1. In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, clients should contact us immediately. We will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis and endeavor to accommodate your needs within our capacity.
5. Service Specific Terms
5.1. Airport Pickups: L.A Cali Luxury monitors all commercial airline arrivals to ensure on-time airport pickups. A one hour (60 minutes) grace period is allowed on all domestic arrivals and seventy-five (75) minutes on all international arrivals. After the grace period, charges in 15-minute increments based on the hourly rate will apply.
5.2. Non-Airport Pickups: For all pickup locations other than airports, a twenty (20) minute grace period is allowed. Waiting time charges apply after the grace period and are accrued in quarter-hour increments, based on the vehicle’s hourly rate.
5.3. Extra Stops: In-route Extra Stops in the same town are $25.00, Extra Stops in a different town will be charged at our Trip Rate per mile.
5.4. Early Morning/Late Night Surcharge: An additional charge of $25.00 will be applied to the base rate of reservations scheduled between 12AM (midnight) and 4AM.
5.5. Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee may be charged if damage to the vehicle requires cleaning/disinfecting services beyond standard procedures.
5.6. Pets: Small pets are permitted in vehicles with advance reservations, secured within the carrier at all times. Cleaning fee may apply.
5.7. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles.
5.8. Lost or Misplaced Items: L.A Cali Luxury assumes no liability for lost or misplaced personal property or items.
5.9. Child Safety Seats: For safety and insurance reasons L.A Cali Luxury does not provide or install any safety or booster seats. However, customers must provide and install their own child safety or booster seats, meeting local or State requirements.
5.10. Special Event Pricing: Prices may vary due to high demand.
5.11. No-shows: A “No Show” is defined as the inability to locate or contact a passenger within: (a) one (1) hour for airport pickups (time begins when passenger’s plane lands) or (b) thirty (30) minutes at other locations. For all No-Shows, the full trip fare will be charged. To avoid this charge, or if you are having trouble locating your chauffeur, we advise you not to leave the pick-up location on your reservation without first contacting L.A Cali Luxury at 424-744-9264.

6. Additional Fees and Policies
6.1. Airport Fee: A $12.00 airport fee will be applied to all arrivals. This fee covers the extra costs associated with airport transportation and logistical expenses. It will be automatically added to your total fare at the time of booking.
6.2. Hourly Booking Policy: For all hourly bookings, the billing period ends when the vehicle returns to our garage, regardless of the client’s drop-off location. This policy covers the time and expenses associated with returning the vehicle to our base of operations.

Service Radius and Pricing Applicability
Service Radius Limitation
L.A Cali Luxury’s standard hourly rates apply exclusively to services performed within a twenty (20) mile radius of the City of Los Angeles and Orange County (“Standard Service Radius”). The Standard Service Radius is measured from the Los Angeles city limits to the destination or service location.
Travel Beyond Standard Service Radius
Reservations that originate within the Cities of Los Angeles County or Orange County but require travel outside the twenty (20) mile radius, including but not limited to destinations located in Riverside County, San Bernardino County, or Ventura County, do not qualify for hourly pricing.
Applicable Rates for Extended‑Distance Travel
Any trip that exceeds the Standard Service Radius shall be billed at long‑distance transfer rates, point‑to‑point rates, or other applicable extended‑distance pricing as determined by L.A Cali Luxury. Hourly rates shall not apply under any circumstances once the trip extends beyond the defined radius.
Client Acknowledgment
By booking services with L.A Cali Luxury, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the above‑stated service radius limitations and corresponding pricing structure.
6.3. Meet and Greet Policy: All meet and greet services must be coordinated with our company in advance. An additional fee will apply for this service, which covers the time and effort required to ensure a smooth and timely meet-and-greet experience. Please contact our team to arrange and confirm the additional fee.

7. Liability and Conduct
7.1. L.A Cali Luxury is not liable for missed appointments, flights, or events due to traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

7.2. Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. Abuse towards staff will not be tolerated.
8. Privacy and Personal Information
8.1. We respect your privacy. Personal information provided will be used solely for booking purposes and enhancing your experience.
9. Billing
9.1. Authorization Agreement: L.A Cali Luxury is requesting your consent to charge your credit card for the purpose of Black Car Service Transportation. By agreeing, you acknowledge that you are giving authorization for L.A Cali Luxury to charge your debit or credit card. Please read our Terms and Conditions for our Cancellation Policy, which is located on our website.

9.2. Agree To Pay: The cardholder agrees to pay for all purchases. This includes charges made by the cardholder, charges made by others who use the cardholder's account, and charges made by authorized users. L.A Cali Luxury is not responsible for the misuse of the cardholder's debit or credit card, including stolen debit or credit cards or unauthorized purchases not made by the cardholder. The cardholder is fully responsible for all charges made.

9.3. Payment Dispute: By using our service, you agree not to dispute any debit or credit card transactions.
10. Pricing
10.1. Event-Based Pricing Adjustments: During periods of high demand, such as concerts, sports events, and other large gatherings, our pricing for black car services may be subject to adjustments. This is due to the increased demand for transportation services during these times. As a result, the final price for your ride may differ from our standard rates.
By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that prices may vary during these high-demand periods.

11. Large-Scale Events
11.1. Large‑Scale Event Reservations and Payment Requirements
For all large‑scale events, the Client shall remit full payment no later than five (5) days prior to the scheduled event date. Due to the operational complexity and high demand associated with such events, advance payment is mandatory. Failure to submit full payment by the required deadline shall result in automatic cancellation of the reservation, without liability to L.A Cali Luxury.
Cancellation and Refund Requirements
To cancel a large‑scale event and remain eligible for any refund, the Client must provide no less than seventy‑two (72) hours’ prior written notice. Refund eligibility is strictly conditioned upon compliance with this notice requirement. L.A Cali Luxury shall have no obligation to issue any refund for cancellations submitted outside the required notice period.
Last‑Minute Cancellations and Processing Fees
Cancellations made within seventy‑two (72) hours of the scheduled event time shall be deemed last‑minute. In such cases, any refund issued—if any—is subject to a non‑refundable processing fee, calculated based on the total value of the transaction. L.A Cali Luxury reserves the right to determine the applicable processing fee at its sole discretion.
Limitation of Liability
L.A Cali Luxury shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs, or consequential expenses arising from the Client’s failure to comply with payment deadlines, cancellation requirements, or any other obligations set forth herein. Under no circumstances shall L.A Cali Luxury be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost opportunities, or event‑related losses resulting from cancellation, delay, or modification of services.
Client Acknowledgement
By booking a large‑scale event, the Client expressly acknowledges and agrees to the above‑stated payment terms, cancellation requirements, processing fees, and limitations of liability.
12. Governing Law
12.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

14. Amendments
